After hearing how awesome the first Ratatat concert at Terminal 5 was we decided to go see them on their second night. The show wasn't sold out and we bought tickets at the door. The opening acts Despot and Kid Cudi were both rap artists out of New York, (Kid Cudi is from Cleveland originally but is now in NYC.) Despot talked a lot but was a pretty good rapper and rapped some brand new stuff. Kid Cudi had a little more variety and seemed very smooth. He did an awesome rap over a Ratatat song and just looked fresh.
Then Ratatat came on and immediately played some awesome songs off of Lp3. They mixed in some from Classics and 17 years but mostly the songs were from LP3. In my opinion their best song of the night was Loud Pipes, but I am biased because that is my favorite song of theirs. Wildcat, Gettysburg and 17 years were also pretty awesome and crowd engaging. Awesome concert!
+for some reason they didn't allow photography but I managed to snap a few that I might put up+
